With over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and 5 years in Career Counseling, Liudmila offers unmatched expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development.

She has completed the Professional Recruiter Accreditation Program through the Institute of Professional Management (IPM), further solidifying her credentials as a recruitment expert.

Throughout her career, Liudmila has worked with renowned organizations such as the Calgary Immigrant Women’s Association, where she helped over 300 clients secure meaningful employment. At SHD Services & Construction, she implemented innovative solutions that boosted project completion rates and enhanced operational efficiency.

Fluent in English, Russian, and Farsi, Liudmila is passionate about supporting diverse workforces. She holds certifications in Human Resources Management and Disability Studies from the University of Calgary.
